Terms & Conditions:
Package pricing and activity inclusions based on the number of guests indicated on the reservation. $10 additional per adult added to room rate not to exceed four adults per guestroom. Golf pricing added into room rate and is based on per person. Tee times available 6 months in advance. Cannot be combined with other offers. Not valid on previously booked reservations or for negotiated/group rates. It is strongly suggested that a tee time is immediately scheduled, by the hotel or directly by the guest, after completing your reservation at one of the selected hotels. Offers/amenities must be fulfilled during time of hotel stay and do not have any cash value. Based on availability and some blackout dates may apply. Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Cancellation Policy:
Room reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in time of 4:00pm to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room & tax (forfeiture of deposit), unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified.
Deposit Policy:
Reservations will be billed the first night's room and tax as a deposit, which will be applied to your stay. Should you not cancel by the cancellation period, your deposit will be forfeited.
