Terms & Conditions:
Package pricing and activity inclusions based on the number of guests indicated on the reservation. Requires 2 person minimum. 2-Night length of stay. Must book 7 days prior to arrival. To book within 7 days of your arrival, please contact the resort directly for availability. $10 additional per adult added to room rate not to exceed four adults per guestroom. Cannot be combined with other offers. Package inclusions based on number of occupants indicated on the reservation. Activity options may not be substituted. Not valid on previously booked reservations or for negotiated/group rates. Based on availability and some blackout dates may apply.
Cancellation Policy:
Room reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in time of 4:00pm to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room & tax (forfeiture of deposit), unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified. Spa Cancellation Policy: When we schedule a spa service, your time is held in reserve, and a unique therapist is assigned to your service. Therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an existing spa reservation. To cancel your spa reservation, please call 1-805-369-2502 to avoid full charges for your spa appointment.
Deposit Policy:
Reservations will be billed the first night's room and tax as a deposit, which will be applied to your stay. Should you not cancel by the cancellation period, your deposit will be forfeited.
